Return and Refund Policy

At SALT MINERS, we are committed to providing high-quality salt bricks, salt tiles, salt lamps, decorative salt products, and related natural salt items. We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains when returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations may be accepted.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be in new, unused condition
Include all original packaging, parts, accessories, and documentation
Not be installed, altered, drilled, cut, used, or damaged after delivery
Be returned with proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt

Due to the nature of natural salt products, minor variations in color, texture, shape, size, and mineral pattern are normal and are not considered defects.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

Custom-cut salt bricks or salt tiles
Special-order or bulk wholesale orders
Installed or used salt bricks, salt tiles, or panels
Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, moisture exposure, or incorrect installation
Clearance, final sale, or discounted items marked as non-returnable
Items returned without prior approval
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a damage or defect claim, customers may be required to provide:

Order number
Photos of the damaged product
Photos of the packaging and shipping label
A brief description of the issue

After reviewing the claim, we may offer one of the following solutions:

Replacement item
Store credit
Partial refund
Full refund, depending on the situation

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Returned items must be properly packed to prevent damage during return shipping. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit due to poor return packaging.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved or denied.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on the customer’s bank or credit card provider.

6. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been shipped or processed for fulfillment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. The customer may request a return after delivery, subject to this Refund & Return Policy.

Custom, bulk, or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production, cutting, packing, or sourcing has started.

7. Natural Product Disclaimer

Our products are made from natural salt materials. Each item may have natural differences in shade, pattern, size, mineral deposits, and surface texture. These variations are part of the natural character of the product and do not qualify as product defects.

Salt products may also be sensitive to humidity, moisture, and improper storage. Customers are responsible for using, storing, and installing products according to recommended care instructions.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first before filing a payment dispute or chargeback. We are committed to resolving order issues fairly and quickly.

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us, we reserve the right to provide all order records, delivery confirmation, tracking details, customer communications, and policy acknowledgments to the payment processor or card network.
