- Order Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing times may be longer for:

- Pallet or freight shipments
- Custom or special orders
- High-volume seasonal periods
- Orders requiring address verification
- Orders requiring additional shipping coordination

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
International shipping may be available for select orders. International customers should contact us before placing a bulk or wholesale order to confirm availability, shipping cost, customs requirements, and delivery options.

Some products require heavy/bulk shipping due to their weight or size.
Heavy/bulk items may include:

- Wholesale packs
- Pallet shipments
- Large quantity orders
Heavy/bulk orders may require additional handling, freight scheduling, liftgate service, or delivery appointment coordination.
Additional fees may apply for:
- Residential freight delivery
- Liftgate service
- Inside delivery
- Limited-access locations
- Missed delivery appointments
- Storage fees
- Address corrections
- Redelivery attempts
- Freight and Pallet Delivery
For freight or pallet shipments, the carrier may contact you to schedule delivery.
Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are accurate.
When receiving a freight shipment:
- Inspect the shipment before signing delivery paperwork.
- Check for visible damage, missing items, broken packaging, or crushed boxes.
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Take photos of damaged packaging, product damage, pallet condition, and shipping labels.
- Contact us immediately if there is an issue.
Signing a freight delivery receipt without noting damage may limit our ability to file a claim with the carrier.
- Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times vary by location, product type, and shipping method.
Typical parcel delivery may take 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on carrier and destination.
Freight or pallet delivery may take longer and may require scheduling.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs processing, high shipping volume, or circumstances outside our control.
- Tracking Information
When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout, when tracking is available.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
For freight orders, tracking may be provided through the freight carrier or by direct communication from our team.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays, returned shipments, lost packages, or additional charges caused by:
- Incorrect street address
- Missing apartment, suite, or unit number
- Wrong ZIP code
- Incorrect phone number
- Undeliverable address
- Refused delivery
- Missed delivery appointment
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for return shipping, reshipping, storage fees, or carrier correction fees.
- Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
If tracking shows a package was delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check around your property.
- Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or mailroom staff.
- Contact the carrier directly.
- Contact us with your order number and tracking details.
We will help where possible, but we are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
- Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number.
- Provide photos of the damaged item.
- Provide photos of the packaging.
- Provide photos of the shipping label.
- Keep the item and packaging until the claim is resolved.
Do not discard packaging before contacting us. Carriers may require packaging photos or inspection for damage claims.
If damage is confirmed, we may provide a replacement, refund, partial refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
- Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order is missing an item or contains the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the package contents
- Photos of the packing slip, if included
- Description of the issue
We will review the order and work to correct the issue.
- Split Shipments
Orders with multiple products may ship in separate packages or shipments.
You may receive more than one tracking number.
Items may arrive on different days depending on product availability, warehouse location, carrier routing, and shipping method.
- Local Pickup or Special Delivery
Local pickup or special delivery may be available only if offered during checkout or arranged directly with us.
Do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
- International Shipping
